1. Who we are
Black Cat Clapping AI (blackcatclappingai.lol) is an AI pet reaction video website. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with Media.io or any other reference product mentioned on this site.
2. Accounts
Account features may use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until you cancel from the billing page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generations and the queue
The public demo may use a simulated queue and does not guarantee a generated video. Actual processing times, availability and limits depend on the active product version and plan.
5. Your content
You retain the rights you have in the photos you select and are responsible for having permission to animate every subject and likeness. Do not upload confidential, unlawful or non-consensual material.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Black Cat Clapping AI to infringe copyright, impersonate people, mislead viewers about real events, create harmful content, or disrupt and reverse engineer the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the studio online, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or pause features while we improve it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your subscription is the one published when you subscribe.
